Mission Australia sought the support of Jersey Road on multiple projects:
1) To develop a story funnel for their chaplaincy program, as well as some messaging work to rediscover some of their Christian heritage language while also broadening their reach into the Christian media space.
2) To manage social media moderation with the public on their two key annual campaigns.
Jersey Road developed a system and trained Mission Australia employees on a story funnel process for the capture of stories to be shared, while also taking employees through media training.
Successful campaigns were run for the Mission Australia Winter Appeal and Homelessness Week campaigns.
Jersey Road also visited a Mission Australia homelessness service called Common Ground for a story capture workshop to develop key stories and take pictures for storytelling assets.
Across their Winter Appeal and Homelessness Week, Jersey Road secured 31 pieces of coverage reaching a combined audience of over 2 million.
