The Jesus Film Project team brought us in to spearhead their media relations around the international launches of the upcoming animated JESUS movie and promote the 2,100th translation of its 1979 precursor, the Jesus film.
We started by laying the foundations for media engagement with a positioning and key messaging workshop bringing together several team members from across the ministry. We used this to develop clear, cut-through messages to tell the story around the events in South Korea, Uganda and the States. This naturally led into effective, robust media training for 15 spokespeople speaking in three different countries.
Working closely with the Jesus Film Project teams around the world, we managed the media and influencers on the ground at the global JESUS launch events in Washington DC, South Korea and Uganda, enabling the spokespeople to put their interview skills into practice.
As a result, we saw significant coverage around the world, building anticipation for the release of the new film.
We secured a total of 309 pieces of coverage. Specific highlights include:
👨👩👦👦 3.15b cumulative media audience
👍 4,230 engagements on social media
👂 653,000 radio listeners
