The ETEN Innovation Lab, a key component of the ETEN (Every Tribe Every Nation) Alliance, needed early strategic, foundational and integrated communications support to effectively communicate its innovative AI-based Bible translation approach to a broader internal audience, increasing understanding of how AI can revolutionize Bible translation and align with the ambitious goals of the ETEN All Access goals.
Jersey Road delivered a tailored and strategic communications project over six months, leading up to the annual ETEN internal Summit, where ETEN Lab demonstrate and communicate a year of groundbreaking progress successfully to over 300 ETEN alliance stakeholders.
In preparation for the event, JR crafted a stakeholder mapping exercise and communications audit of their brand look and feel, with a full analysis of their owned channels and platforms, including suggested audience personas and a full set of recommendations. A nuanced key messaging workshop was run with the team, to develop key messaging for immediate use and training was provided to two key team members on how to use the messages for the future.
JR’s comms audit recommendations, message development and training provided a firm springboard for the development of a long-term communications strategy. As a result of this project work, new and agreed ETEN Lab key messages and detailed talking points have already been used across various platforms.
