Compassion Australia engaged Jersey Road for a full scale PR and media campaign to promote the Ride for Compassion event in 2022.
Ride for Compassion saw cyclists and support crew take to the road to help raise money for vulnerable children living in poverty, riding a gruelling 4,200 kilometres across Australia, including the rugged terrain of the Nullarbor.
The promotional campaign assisted the team in raising $964,342 for vulnerable children, including those affected by the global food crisis, and saw 182 children sponsored through Compassion Australia.
We secured a total of 51 pieces of coverage, reaching a combined audience of 7.3 million people. Specific coverage included a live cross to the Today Show on Channel 9 and a story on the front page of the Newcastle Herald.
